Oh, My Goodness!!! It's been ages since I have been to my blog. You all know how life just gets crazy and takes turns that we don't expect and time just slips away. Well, I have certainly fallen victim to that. With a hectic home, four teenagers and the recent addition of a puppy to our family I'm constantly on the go! However....Spring has come early to Virginia and I am in serious cleaning out mode and I have yet to find homes for so many of the darling dresses I made for Abby so long ago. That's right there are still tons of little girls clothes that need to find new homes!!! So, I'm back on track and I'm going to start posting loads more things for sale. Keep in mind all of these were samples and most were worn only once for photos and have been hanging in a closet ever since. But now I want my closets back! I cannot reproduce any of these in different sizes these are all one of a kind pieces and all sales are final. Please feel free to ask any questions as I am happy to help in any way I can.

Lets get started......
Oh boy...this one is hard to say goodbye to, as it is so very sweet!

Size 8-10

A Dolly Tea Party

Today was quite a special day! My friend Lynn and I are huge Downton Abby fans so when I decided to make some DA inspired outfits for my girls one thing lead to another and we decided to have a full on tea party for them all decked out in their finery. Each of the girls is wearing a totally unique outfit with hats or hair accessories and most of them have beautiful handmade jewels, created by Lynn and some of them even have little purses that my mom made for them. Then Lynn who is a pastry chef, created a beautiful tea for the girls complete with tiny scones, tea sandwiches, itty bitty petit' fours, tiny cookies and chocolates...OMG, can it get any cuter??? Then we decided to have the party have an easter theme because Easter is right around the corner and each of the girls received a little gift basket with tiny jelly beans, a little white fluffy bunny, and chocolates...I told you we went all out!!!
All of these outfit will be listed in my Etsy shop over the next week or so along with lots of other more traditional Easter/Spring dresses for your dolls.

I'm having way too much fun with my girls . . .

I'm Still Here!

Dear Friends,

I so apologize for my lack of attention to my blog but life has just been so hectic lately most of the time I don't know if I'm coming or going, but it's all good! However, I did want to give you all a little update on things around here. My new little venture of Olivia & Bella has been doing fantastic. I have been sewing like crazy and my little creations fly out the door as quickly as I make them. I have also ventured into the world of dolly making and I have been having an absolute learning new techniques and experimenting with making these amazing little people. Now, keep in mind my dolls are testers and I have a lot more to perfect. I will be heading to Florida later this month for a dolly making workshop with my dear friend Debbie. I can't wait and I hope to learn a lot from a professional doll maker.

This is Naomi . . . my first little girl
This is Willow . . . my second little girl

I also wanted to let my international friends know that I will be featured in the British magazine Sew which hits the newsstands tomorrow morning. I am so excited and thrilled to be introduced to a whole new group of sewing mamas and grandma's.

So, as you can see I've been just a little busy around here. Hope you all are well!
